Gentleman at the front was nice however I left my truck there two days for a diagnostic and I had to keep following up to get an update. I gave one final call and he said they couldn't find the problem but to give them some more time. I took an Uber right away and picked up my truck. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's and I didn't appreciate having to chase a business for an answer. Took my truck down the road and they had a diagnostic the same day and I drove it out fixed the next morning. I wouldn't do business with this company again.

Called to get my catalytic converter replaced and they got me In and out very quickly. Everything went smooth and they were very friendly and helpful with everything. I definitely recommend them

I contacted Mike around 5 pm concerning a tailpipe that had cracked, and Mike told me to bring it in. Mike, the owner, had Beto work on my car, and now it is running smoothly. Awesome customer service! Shout-out to Jay for making my a/c blow. Thanks to the crew.

Poor customer service and The owner Mike kept giving me poor reasons why my car wasn't ready. The other workers would lie to me when I ask for the owner like he had a family emergency. They ordered the wrong motor and I ended up loosing my full-time waiting on them to fix my only transporation to get my back and forward to my job off the bus line. I also had my valve cover or the cover that goes over my motor damage with a crack and car oil stains on my back seats. I eventually had to buy a motor in September of this year to get my own car fix, when Mike was suppose to get the engine. I tow my car to them in June 18,2025 and it didnt finally get fix to Oct,1,2025 and I ask to look at my car two days before, that when the owner acting like he wanted to fight me and told me to get out of his shop he let me know when he is done. And I pick it up my car and the starter was acting up and battery wasn' t fully charge. Also the shop didnt want to give me a invoice for my repairs. When they found my starter was bad they made promises to change it but never did. They kept giving me the run around. The prices are affortable but are not worth the headace , waiting forever and drama. Stay aw

I was referred to Rainbow Muffler by my mechanic, and I’m so glad I took their recommendation! I’ve been here multiple times with different cars, and every experience has been top-notch. The service is reliable, the pricing is fair, and they always get the job done right. I’ve even referred friends and family, and they’ve all been just as satisfied. If you need work done on your used vehicle, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!
